[Suggestion] Executable jar file

Not sure exactly how feasible this is, but it would be nice to be able to run the jar file in the mods directory, and give the user a GUI to update mods without having Minecraft launched. Would be very useful when updating small custom modpacks into newer Minecraft versions.
