Volume rocker does not maintain consistent position between app restarts

Describe the bug The volume rocker does not remember it's position after a restart of the app

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Open the app, change volume slider, close the app, see volume slider back to 100%

Expected behavior The volume rocker should remain at a constant value between app restarts
