Add image sending

Allow selection of an image from gallery and sending it.

Needed sub-features:

• Select images from gallery or file managers
• Save selected picture to app local storage
• Prepare preview image for chat activity, save to app cache
• Implement picture viewer to open big picture from chat activity, support pin to zoom, share to other contacts/apps, save to gallery
