Add Mac and Mac Catalyst variants to a preview.

I don't plan to actually merge this – just testing how Emerge handles Mac and Mac Catalyst.

Base build not found

No build was found for the base commit f3405d8. This is required to generate a snapshot diff for your pull request.

It's possible that you created a branch off the base commit before all of the CI steps have finished processing, e.g. the one that uploads a build to our system. If that's the case, no problem! Just wait and this will eventually resolve.

I think the emerge failures are just because the Catalyst versions are being uploaded as separate bundle ID's, so that they can be verified separately. I assume that once they are merged into main, this issue will stop happening (although I'm new to precisely how Emerge works).

There are also a few failures in the Emerge screenshots, but I think that shouldn't block this commit, since this commit is just about getting the screenshots setup, not actually addressing the issues they discover yet.

@clindsay3 FYI, I just rebased this from main so that the Emerge Snapshot build has latest previous commit to run 💪
