Support Offer Code Redemption on macOS

Offer code redemption is now available on macOS, but the SDK does not seem to support it yet.

On the similar note, with iOS 16 Apple introduced an offer code redemption sheet with a completion block. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/swiftui/view/offercoderedemption(ispresented:oncompletion:)

The currently implemented one (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/skpaymentqueue/3566726-presentcoderedemptionsheet) has been deprecated.
