Player Falls Through Environment When Using Probuilder

I wanted to use Probuilder to prototype some maps and gameplay, but for some reason every time I load the game the player falls halfway through the floor. I've gone through multiple tutorials about setting up the environment, including SLZ's own tutorial on this. I eventually tested on the base SDK, and using probuilder works fine. Not sure if this is due to an update in BoneLab or just a bug.

Update: I tested the player marker with regular primitives and modular unity assets just to make sure and the same thing happens.
