Can't fix Addressible Settings issue

I can't pack my avatar as a mod at all, because this window pops up and tells me that I need to fix the addressable settings. I pressed fix all and fix multiple times and nothing works at all I'm using the extended SDK on the correct Unity and this is the first time this has happened. I can't pack anything else either so it's nothing to do with the avatar.
