Automatic activity window placement not working as expected

If you have a look at the following 3 screenshots, you will notice, that in the 1st and 3rd one the activity window is placed correctly next to the click. But in the 2nd screenshot, the window position is way off, far away from the actual click position. This seems to only happen in the lower screen area.
