Music player allows adding files other than *.ogg

When using the + option in the music player it is possible to add any file to the music player, e.g. a mp3 which can't be played.

Hm, we basically rely on SDL_mixer to play the file. I'm not fully sure which formats it can play and I don't want to arbitrarily limit it. It seems it supports MP3 https://www.libsdl.org/projects/SDL_mixer:

FLAC, MikMod, Ogg Vorbis and MP3

@Flow86 Which version of SDL_mixer2 is on the build server? Is it 2.0.4? If so can we include the MP3 lib? Not sure what is required for linux/OSX but at least for Windows the libmpg123-0.dll is included with the SDL_mixer download
