Using the DELETE button on a TG16 CD-ROM cue/bin pair only deletes the .cue file

Leaving alone the issue of what the DELETE button should do from a usability perspective (I've already filed a separate issue on that), it currently fails to correctly delete TurboGrafx-16 CD-ROM games (which are cue/bin file pairs, or sometimes cue/cdt/bin file trios), because it only deletes the .cue file, leaving behind the much-larger .bin file.
