(Un)Subscribing to a game's tickets/comments doesn't work

Under the Dev tools on Pokemon Pinball it says "Unsubscribe from Tickets" implying I am subscribed. However, I just found a ticket that was opened a few days ago on an achievement for that game made by another dev. I never received an email despite being subscribed.

On the other side, I tried to unsubscribe from achievement comments on Tomba since another dev agreed to take over my set when adding regional support. However, my email is filled with hundreds of "New Achievement Comment" emails from them editing the achievements.

I could not reproduce the first issue. When explicitly subscribed to a game's tickets, and not the achievement author or the reporter of the achievement, I did receive an email.

For the second issue, the achievement author is always notified, even if they're not subscribed. This is because the subscription is implied (the author would still see "Subscribe to Achievement Comments" in their dev panel).

Similarly, anyone who has already commented on the achievement will be notified regardless of whether or not they're subscribed at the game level.
