[Feature Request] Add hot key bindings for named save and load state action

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there are no hotkeys for creating a named save state or loading a named state.

Describe the solution you'd like A hot key for each action should be added.

Describe alternatives you've considered I realise that you can just click the menu and select the dropdown but that is what hotkeys are there to eliminate.
