P64-esque ROM select

Kinda like on RAP64, we could have a way to organize a library of rom files for the games and maybe even sort them by system, mastery, achievement progress, by developer, by hub etc.

Maybe even a preview page when you select a game to see the box art, background for the game and what achievements you have earned / yet to earn, before you launch the game. You could even listen to the theme song or selected track from the game if you desire.
