Add BitCount search type

Value shows the current bit count and a bit representation of the memory at the specified address. Comparisons (=,!=,+1, etc) work with the bit count value, so a memory address changing from "0x03" to "0x30" would be considered equal (bitcount 2 = bitcount 2)
