Password reset flow - rework

Need to rework the password reset flow.

Some ideas, but need to check other implementations too.

1. Forgot password option to send password reset link
2. Password reset link timestamped with expiry
3. Do not modify password till it is properly set
4. Log activity ?
5. Same approach for admin password reset. But, ability to enter password after that too (don't email that password). Refer GitLab
