windows grunt build:live spawn php ENOENT Fatal error

I'm trying to build the source on windows for xampp deployment and I'm getting this on "grunt build:live" :

Running "build:live" (build) task

Running "jshint:all" (jshint) task 261 files lint free.

Running "phplint:all" (phplint) task Fatal error: spawn php ENOENT

@mamathew98 Sorry, we're on Linux. But, quick Google search suggests that you'll need to place dll files in extension folder. If you find any solution, please share.
