does not work in redmine 2.4.1 stable

Hello! This plugin doesn't work with following configuration (copied from redmine/admin):

Environment: Redmine version 2.4.1.stable Ruby version 2.0.0-p353 (2013-11-22) [i386-mingw32] Rails version 3.2.15 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2 SCM: Subversion 1.7.0 Filesystem
Redmine plugins: redmine_my_page_queries 2.0.9

Initially queries are in the select, but after adding, there's no new block on a page, but query disappears from select list.

Sorry, but I can't reproduce this error. I've added 2.4.4 and 2.5.0 versions of redmine to travis configuration and tests ok: https://travis-ci.org/Undev/redmine_my_page_queries/builds/19969047 Are there any javascript errors?

there is no javascript error. The page posts back. We'll try to update redmine to 2.4.4+ If you wish, i can post screenshots, or video of this process :)
