Investigate & brainstorm on serviceability + error reporting for webrtc media

Let's take some time to investigate as whole what type of facilities we need, including webrtc usage, etc.

In the front of webrtc we could enhance "bug" report to gather WebRTC stats for last N calls, OS version, time, and date

• enhanced bug reports will make it easier for Ops and engineering to determine cause of failures;
• standardized format and naming will allow for filing and search (should include date, time, IP address, registered username in filename);
• should capture webrtc stats and if possible last N call records to look at SDP and call completion;
• should save on device (bonus points for sharesheet to send to support, etc.)
