Improve row clicking on Console lists mobile views

When viewing lists with additional information in mobile view, a chevron (>) is presented on the right side. In some of them, clicking it does not lead the user to the details view, that should be fixed.

Optionally, if possible, a common UX in this kind of mobile views is that the whole row can be clicked and this should be attempted to be implemented.
