Separate out extra features into standalone mods or make them toggleable via settings UI

The game pack has some stuff like the SyncArray editing and OpenLinkedDynamicVariableSpace which is nice, however some people might not want that. These should be made toggleable at the very least and ideally separated out into standalone mods.
