PHONE CALL ISSUE
If you answer an automated call at the same time your app is going off (with the loud buzzer noise) and the phone call hears that noise. It will just be a silent call. It doesn't attempt to re-read anything after the noise has stopped, just a silent line. I'm guessing it's doing this to avoid voicemails or something of that nature.
With the way the iOS app works, it will keep the buzzer alert going for almost as long as the call is coming in and it wont stop once the call is answered.
