'RESPONDING TO A CALL' FOR OTHER USERS

Hello,

Hope all is well! Is it or would it be possible to add a feature that allows the admins to assign users to specific calls? I see within our own dashboard we can choose 'responding' and then 'responding to call' and select the call but I don't see an option to do that for someone else? Maybe I am overlooking it. I see I can put them into generic responding.
