per our discussion during meeting.

Also ideally it should pick up a list of recommended ones from

  1. updated from online (our repo)
  2. from local system so users could setup their own (per lab/center)

Can you provide a starter list of Docker and Singularity recommended backends I could seed the initial list with?

For AWS, I'll provide the latest version of NITRC-CE AMI.
