broken url to deb libxp6
the url http://mirrors.kernel.org/debian/pool/main/libx/libxp/libxp6_1.0.2-2_amd64.deb does not work anymore, and this affects AFNI builds (https://github.com/ReproNim/neurodocker/pull/526#issuecomment-1492479773)
this was first addressed in #526 for matlab mcr
we should determine if newer versions of afni link to this shared library. if they do, then we need to find it.
a potential option is to pull the deb from ubuntu's repositories, see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/trusty/amd64/libxp6/1:1.0.2-1ubuntu1
Just want to confirm that replacing this url with the ubuntu repository mentioned above resolves the AFNI issue
AFAIK this also concerns SPM12.
AFAIK this also concerns SPM12.
I think this was only when using the old (R2010a) MATLAB Runtime. SPM12 compilations with more recent runtimes are now available here and libxp6 is not required.

Possibly related: R2010a MATLAB Runtime is still set as the default MCR when installing SPM12 (#393, #394)
