JOSS paper

There is no that much of "software" in this repo, but I thought it would have been nice to have a paper describing this approach for compute/centralization of containers distribution/execution (might be even better to do before higher level "execution paper" envisioned with @asmacdo). But because of "not so much of software" JOSS might be not the ideal target, we might want to check with the JOSS editorial (neuroimaging) with a pre-publication inquiry of a type. FTR the software components we have

• execution script: guaranteed isolation, better guarantee for satisfaction of YODA principles, compatibility with OSX by running via docker (takes care about mapping uid/gids)
• updates script: automation of adding/updating packages.

Sure thing even more logical would be first to publish datalad-container paper ... hm...
