can we also consider niflows . there will be additional work being done it as part of several neuroimaging labs, so i would expect that ecosystem to grow, and it's based on all of our other tooling.

Sure thing - just add a dedicated issue for it or could even add a PR against create-singularities script ATM the whole collection here is singularity containers, at some point I should look back into storing both (datalad-container supports it)
