No instrument content reflected in designer mode

We have created content for an instrument in designer mode. We save an push to github. screen shot 2018-07-19 at 6 56 07 pm

No content appears in the instrument screen shot 2018-07-19 at 6 54 51 pm content is not reflected in data collection mode

Workaround by deleting instruments from termforms folder

screen shot 2018-07-29 at 11 39 39 pm The content reflects when I test with your data. I tested with different data too, it works. Perhaps, you haven't saved the instrument or may not have added it to a plan? @vkozloff
