Data Acquisition Not Saving

We noticed that the data acquisition tool was not saving our input, though the data acquisition was marked as "complete" for an instrument.

We collect data

and the instrument is marked as "complete" when we return to the menu

however, when we return to the instrument it does not reflect our changes
