Feature request: Keep instrument open to working section

For a long instrument, I am sent back to the top of the page when I finish editing a question.

I scroll to the bottom of a long instrument screen shot 2018-03-28 at 5 47 36 pm

And when the editor closes, I am sent back to the top of the page screen shot 2018-03-28 at 5 47 53 pm

Is there any way to keep it open to the section of the instrument I was working on?
