Curating an NDA form

When I curate an NDA form, the default fields in the designer seem to be coming from another instrument.

Here are the fields from the form:

And here are the fields in the designer:

As you can see, "Flanker Raw Score" is not listed among the fields in the form. This was actually a field I created in the instrument I edited most recently before this one.
