Enumerated value labels do not appear when entered

We enter them under the options:

And under tools:

But these do not show up anywhere when we close the popups.

We are trying to use this field type for questions in this format:

Is this type of question currently supported on BrainVerse? Is this the correct field type to produce this type of question?
