Check compliance with final 3.0 release specification, update links

The readme contains a link to OpenAPI 3.0 Specification RC0, which was current as of the last KaiZen OpenAPI Parser release.

That spec has since been superseded by RC1. We should check compliance with that release, and update link(s) in the readme, and in other files, if any, linking to the spec.
