Validation: show error on empty OpenAPI 3.0 spec

KZOE does not detect and mark an empty editor as invalid. The live Doc view in API Studio therefore displays the Rendering Error overlay because it trying in vain to render content from an invalid editor. (See https://modelsolv.atlassian.net/browse/ZEN-3642.) image

As I type content into the KZOE editor I go from 'Rendering Error' to 'API Model Error' (with error marker in the editor) and back again: image image image image image
