Intra-file Go-to-definition hyperlinks don't seem to push the history stack

In Support ticket #162, Saul observes that the "go back" functionality doesn't seem to record navigation within the same file in the history stack. Press the go-back hotkey (Alt+Left on Windows) skips over recent positions within the same file, and goes back to the most recent navigation position in a different file, if there is any such position in the history.

Any go-to-definition navigation action, whether external or internal, should be recorded in the history stack, so the user can easily go forward and back through navigation history.
