[Bug] Stop adding empty chats to history

Describe the bug Empty chats (where user sent nothing) bloat the history. Stop adding them

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new chat
2. Create one more chat
3. See 2 empty chats in history

Expected behavior Nothing shows up in history until user sends something to a new chat
