Some icons does not change color with fill property (see image)

This icon has till property set to a blue color. However only the dot color changed. The name of the icon is: IoHelpCircleOutline. I don't know if it is only this icon or more. This is the first one i have stumbled upon having this issue.

After passing afill prop,fill (or stroke) attribute in icon'ssvg element will be edited to control the color. However, most of the icons from Ionicons set stroke attribute in their inner elements (path, circle, etc.), so fill prop doesn't work for them. Which also means most of the icons from Ionicons (rather than IoHelpCircleOutline only) suffer from this issue.

I'll try to find a way to solve it when I get time (I'm recently busy with my research).
