Better explain exactly what the bat files do in the readme

At the very least, make it clear that the Simple Shading bat will rotate the model for you. This will save a lot of headaches in the future.

The different command line options are explained in the readme so by opening the bat files in a text editor and checking what command line options they use you can figure out what they do.
