Take Snapshot service dont work with ezviz

image I cant use take snapshot service with ezviz cloud integration, I dont know when it stopped working, maybe from 2-3 months ago. Before that time, it work fine. I tested with other rtsp camera and pi camera (from octoprint and pi 4 running hassOS) and everything work fine.

I tried to change the format of the picture to png ( same as when i saving the picture from ezviz app to my phone ) , but no luck
