Mining & Smithing Rework Updated Requirements

All of Doric's Tasks and the third and final task from Boric were changed with the mining and smithing rework. Details of the changes are all on the wiki. I discovered this when tenacity suggested I do Doric's fifth task without needing to train despite not yet having 50 smithing, it also listed the wrong materials used. I had a look at the others and found they all had a similar issue. The first two tasks from Boric remained the same.

As an update to this, the achievement 'A Bolt from the Blue' no longer requires 88 smithing, it now only requires 50.

I have also found that attempting to complete&recalc 'A Bolt from the Blue' leads to the program not responding.

First things first--I'm sorry it took so long to respond to this.

I updated all the Doric and Boric tasks with their new requirements, and those should all be working fine. Not sure about the Bolt from the Blue issue though. I have confirmed that trying to complete it doesn't work but haven't found a root cause yet.
