Filter achievement

From #15. Assuming #21, there should be a way to filter achievements on category/subcategory.

-Search function is definitely on my list...not sure what you'd want out of a filter function though. What would you want to filter by? Or does this piggyback off of the last issue, where you'd want the sections/subsections added and filter by those?

Pretty much, yes, either filter by category, or filter by reqs. For example, if you filter for Plague's End, it could display only the achievements required for Plague's End.
