Does not recognize Samsung Ativ S or SE

On both Windows 11 and Windows 8.1, this program never recognizes that a Samsung Ativ S or SE is plugged in.

Why

Because it was never built to work with anything with Lumias. It is a tool for lumias that uses lumia protocols to unlock lumia devices
