360 Capture to include Post process effects
Currently post-process effects don't get rendered correct when doing a 360 capture.
We're currently looking to improve this, via rendering in segments and edge blending.
We also need to improve support for the V2 stack. Currently the V2 stack effects don't seem to render when doing a 360 render - probably because it uses a different non ImageEffect mechanism.
Another way to support some of the effects (eg AA, Color grading) would be to add an ImageEffect to our 360 camera that resolves the cubemap images, and that could apply the effects.
