The issue
Open unity 6 urp or hdrp project ,toggle off Auto Graphics APl for Windows in project player setting ,add Direct3D12 as top api in Graphics APls for Windows settings. restart editor . record video while playing, result video will be darker

Colour discrepancy is a known issue. Its something that we are working on, where we can. In the meantime, DX11 should give better results.
Had a look into this and there was actually a separate issue to #55 which was making D3D12 extra dark - I've added a fix which should make it into the next version.
