Add support for non-realtime capture of Unity's VideoPlayer

Unity's VideoPlayer component doesn't seem to handle changing Time.captureFramerate, that we use for offline rendering. I'm sure we could add support to frame-step it in the future.

Hi @AndrewRH did you find a solution to this issue ? I am facing the same thing videoplayer plays too fast in the output video due to it running on real-time contracting with the offline rendering
