Phantom forces with remote tech antenna active after time warp

OS: Windows Version 10 KSP: 1.12.2 Problem: Phantom forces after time warp

Reproduction steps:

• After launching I enable the RA-15 Relay

• point it to earth

• do a bi-impulsive transfer to the moon

• time warp to the moon but stop it half way

Ship spins out of control without inputs and is uncontrollable.

If I do the same but without enabling the relay the ship does not spin out of control. I've launched ships with just a command pod and it does the same thing. If there's anything else I need to provide please let me know.
