Green checkmark appears even if entry is not allowed

E.g: text when number required

One other issue that Johannes posted that probably fits here too and clarifies this issue further: "filter cut-offs probably require a numeric answer, but no warning is shown when text is entered as response (it just doesn’t continue)"

I just realized that the green check mark is also there if a field is left blank, as a blank answer seems to be treated as an invalid form of input (as it should be). In both the case of not putting anything and putting letters and other invalid characters, the green check mark is there, but if one clicks Submit, nothing happens.

Update: the issue is still here, but I think there is some progress compared to the last time - now there is a red X and a warning about the expected type of information. I don't recall it being there before. If you input a wrong type (e.g. a letter instead where a number is expected) or not put any value at all, where a certain type of data is expected (e.g. a number) and click Submit, the red X will become a green checkmark. Still, it will not let you progress and the information about the warning about the type of value expected will remain on screen.

Even though the green checkmark appears, it is more clear now that something is wrong and what is wrong :)

Example: the very first question (How many subjects participated in the study?)
