Issue with link showing up in tabs that were skipped

When we skip a question, e.g. when selecting low pass for 'Did you apply any of the following offline (digital) filters?', then turn to none, and back to low pass, the question that we skipped will return this link in the empty tab http://schema.repronim.org/Skipped

Not really a major issue, as the link can be deleted.
