In 04-03 tag subsequent issues do not show

Adding a new issue to a project works fine, but when you add subsequent issues they are not appended and the collection counts are not updated. I noticed this when following the course and I also confirmed this in 04-03 tag in your source. I'm rather new and haven't had luck debugging the cause of the problem so appreciate any insight.

Confirming this issue. It doesn't work for me either. The first new issue works and updates the count and sidebar issues list fine but something is not working for a subsequent issue.

I think it is probably something simple but haven't had time to look into it further yet.
