Any kind of fan curve set in the bios must be disabled.
Seems like a caching issue. Are you behind some kind VPN or any kind of network "middle man" ?
Just install v205 manually on top of your existing install for now.
Tell me if it sticks after a reboot.

When Zero RPM kicks in, Adrenaline resets the curve all the time. Always worked this way:  In your screenshot, it seems like you are under the zero RPM temperature....

@Ryeera fancontrol isn't the one setting the 100%. Something else is. Maybe a fan curve in your BIOS on that specific header?
