OTA is still 4.8 only. Updates won't work for 6.0, as only the 4.8 zip is uploaded on the repo's root.
Will do the transition at some point. For now 4.8 will continue to be the main branch.

I actually compile the master branch of LHM with each release. Dotpeek it if you have suspicions. No idea why it got flagged this time.

Have you rebooted since? This can happen if somehow FanControl got force shut.
The driver didn't change from 122 to 124. So I'm not sure how that would help.
I would check what your fans are defaulting to when FanControl is off. Most likely your bios config, or your motherboard's software.
